Newcastle JAZZERCISE Lite
Carolyn Sipes and Debbie Perrault are are certified instructors, CPR trained each year.  Whether you're a senior, newcomer, pregnant, or prefer low impact, you can't go wrong with this light version of the original Jazzercise program. 

Every 60-minute class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute low impact, aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.

Come join us at the Newcastle Portuguese Hall.  Have fun, meet new people, whoop, holler, dance and get in shape!  Facility features:  Wood floor, changing rooms, plenty of room to stretch out!

Cost:  $30/mo EFT, unlimited pass (ease fitness ticket) or $75 for 8 weeks, unlimited pass, or $10.00 walk-in
